How we work
When you call, we ask where the blockage is and how long it's been going on - that already tells us whether it's likely a simple sink trap or something further down the pipe. We arrive with a fully equipped van, so there's rarely a situation where we have to leave and come back for a missing tool. Most clogs are cleared with a mechanical drain snake within twenty to thirty minutes, without removing the fixture or damaging tiles. For tougher blockages, especially on a main sewer line, we use a pressure water jetting machine. If we suspect a damaged or cracked pipe, we can inspect it with a drain camera before recommending the next step.
We tell you the price before we start, not after. If the job turns out to need something more than expected - a camera inspection or the jetting machine - that's your decision to make, not something we assume and add to the bill afterward.

Do you do full plumbing repairs, or just drain unclogging?
We specialize in drain and pipe unclogging only - sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, floor drains, and main sewer lines. We do not do plumbing installation, leak repairs, boiler work, or fixture replacement. If your issue is a clogged or slow drain, that's exactly what we handle. If you need a full plumber for something else, we can still point you in the right direction, but it's not a service we personally provide.
How fast can you come out?

How much does drain unclogging cost in Zagreb?
Indicative prices are €60 for a washing machine outlet, €65 for a bathtub, shower, or washbasin, €70 for a toilet without removing the bowl, €75 for a kitchen sink, and €80-90 for a main sewer line. The call-out is included in the Zagreb area. We always confirm the exact price before starting any work.
Do you charge extra for weekends or evenings?
We're available every day from 7am to 10pm, including weekends. Weekend and holiday callouts carry a 20% surcharge over the standard price, which we tell you upfront - never added afterward.
What if you can't clear the blockage?
If we're unable to clear the clog, you don't pay for the call-out or the attempted work. We only charge when the drain is actually flowing again.
